Work Flow & Billing

All regular work will be billed according to time spent in development of the project or task in 30 minute increments.

For all work, NetVision shall be compensated according to the contract that is agreed upon before work begins. We understand that under certain circumstances for small work that there may not be a physical contract in place. In this case, phone approval and or email will be considered a legally binding contract.

If you contact NetVision, Inc. by any means of communication (ie. email, phone, ticket, etc.) to report a problem with your website, NetVision, Inc. will assume responsibility to take action to resolve the issue(s). NetVision, Inc. will bill customer for total development time in 30 minute increments with a minimum of $45 billable to a maximum of 2 hours of work without any authorization other than the request to fix problem. For work amounting to more than 2 hours, NetVision, Inc. will notify the customer for approval before beginning work.

Types of Billable Work

NetVision, Inc. includes a (1) one hour consultation with all projects. Outside of this NetVision, Inc. will bill for all time relating to any work done with respect to the project including but not limited to project work, fixes and 3rd party consulation acting on your behalf with outside parties such as web hosts and vendors. A minimum of 30 minutes time is billed according to any work that is done.

Acceptable Payment Methods

For work amounting to over $800 (Applies to new clients only)
NetVision, Inc. requires that funds be paid by business or personal check, cashiers check, money order or bank wire transfer. Credit card transactions are NOT allowed unless first agreed to by NetVision, Inc.

For work amounting to less than $800 (Applies to new clients and existing relationships)
NetVision will accept Visa and MasterCard in addition to the payment methods listed above.

Minimum Billing Policy

NetVision will invoke a minimum billing for all work 30 minutes and under. The rate for the minimum billing is $45.00.

Hourly Rate

NetVision’s hourly rate is $75/per hour for regular work hours Monday to Friday.

Night and weekend rates are $95/per hour.

Emergency work rate $125/per hour.

The current rate schedule is effective as of 01/01/2010

Overdue Invoices – Late Fee

Invoices that are more than 30 days overdue will incur a 3% late fee.

Refund Policy

All projects and requests for work will have a contract and specifications drawn up for customer approval. Once this contract/specifications is agreed to by you, the customer, and the minimum down payment agreed upon in the contract is received, NetVision, Inc. will commence work.

For this reason we do not and will not have a typical refund policy as found on retail e-commerce websites. It is expected that NetVision, Inc. is compensated for all work. NetVision, Inc. and cusotmer will be bound by a mutually binding contract to protect the interests of both parties.
